"I have been coming to tirupati for last 20 years, I have been several hotels but this hotel stands out, it's spacious at decent price with luxury options. Love this hotel, easy to any where in the city and also to Tirumala Hills. Restaurant food is also decent."

"First of all, we got the confirmation from Expedia a couple of times by email, even the day before our stay, but when we get there, we were told that the place is under partial renovation and there are no rooms available for us! We were shocked to hear that and showed the manager the Expedia confirmation email, but he told us to go to another hotel within a few kilometres even though he was able to find our booking. When we reached there, they told us to pay another 500 INR for the extra bed...
