staff are very pathetic. rooms are not at all good. There are no buckets under the taps in the lavatory, and there are no water spray guns inside either. There was poor room cleaning, and the air conditioner did not provide adequate cooling throughout the night. I spent just 5 hours in the hotel, then vacated. I paid an extra 200 rupees for booking at the hotel after I paid the total amount online. The worst experience is that they are not attending the calls after booking.
First of all, we got the confirmation from Expedia a couple of times by email, even the day before our stay, but when we get there, we were told that the place is under partial renovation and there are no rooms available for us! We were shocked to hear that and showed the manager the Expedia confirmation email, but he told us to go to another hotel within a few kilometres even though he was able to find our booking. When we reached there, they told us to pay another 500 INR for the extra bed even though our booking was for 3 adults. This hotel didn’t have breakfast or toilet tissues or good service. We wasted almost 2 hours in moving one hotel to another and resolving the issues, ended up being late for all our appointments and missed a few things too.
If the rooms are not available, why are they advertising on Expedia? This listing should be removed by Expedia now until they complete the renovations and keep their commitments. Please stay away and don’t book with them at all!
