"We usually choose the big hotels, but this was one of the coziest and most comfortable stays we have had anywhere in a very long time. Kathy, the General Manager was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful and accommodating to me and my family as we had a very late check in. She made sure that we had all the information we needed to access the hotel and our room. Above and beyond service. We felt like we were home. Should receive 10 stars!!! "

"Our room here was very nice, King size Suite. Roomy and fully stocked with glassware, dishes etc… The bed was comfy and nicely furnished. The breakfast was very good, lots of hot and cold options. Entire hotel was immaculate and front desk very helpful and friendly. We will be back for sure."

"Second time I’ve stayed here - love the pool with view from sixth floor. Rooms are new and clean. Don the Beachcomber downstairs makes third option for food. Just across from beach. Staff and valet always friendly. Balcony was small but still very nice to have. "

"The hotel was in a quiet area, and the view of the ocean was lovely. I loved that there was coffee and tea in the lobby available 24 hours. I loved that there was breakfast available, and had a wide selection of items. I liked having the full kitchen. The staff was sweet and helpful, and when I had a problem with the TV, someone came right away and fixed it. I will definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel and extremely friendly staff. Staff was always happy to assist and would always greet you every time they saw you. Room was clean, housekeeping was happy to accommodate of you had any special requests. Only a short three to five minute walk to the beach depending on the route you took. Five minute walk from the hotel Pier 60. "

"The hotel is in an amazing location to walk around. The view was beautiful!! Justin our outside bartender & Noah at the front desk made us feel so welcomed with amazing service. Breakfast was the only thing I wasn’t impressed with for what you pay to stay there. Overall we will go back!!!!! "

"Our stay was amazing. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room. The staff was friendly and informative, the rooms were very clean. The bathroom was a little small and the fan was really loud, but it really didnt bother us. We definitely plan to stay again!"

"The pool is great although disappointed there was no beach access. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and comfortable. Kudos to them! Princess Z (sorry don’t recall her name) was helpful and gracious. Offered to arrange airport transportation which worked wonderfully. As my first visit to Clearwater, I would stay again. One issue was with room key cards. The first 3 days I needed new cards multiple times. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker "
