"The staff were friendly and as helpful as possible, they quickly gave me a key to a room even though I arrived before the official check-in time and they were quickly to replace it when the door to the first room wouldn't open, they also cleaned up the replacement room as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a good selection of various foods for room service or there were plenty of restaurants with delicious food nearby. I highly recommend to anyone who's visiting...

"I forgot to add in my other review from my recent stay... the pool water was green, pool was not usable. No patio furniture to sit by pool. Little gazebo type areas around the pool in poor condition."

"Started off with the receptionist shouting at me when i arrived saying i was at he wrong hotel and not apologizing when he found out i was. AC not working in the room. No phone nor kettle. Staff very unhelpful when i lose my iphone and no internet access "

"The guy at front desk told me he no longer does business with hotels.com. I had already been charged at this point. I end up having to pay cash. I got double charged. Somebody is obviously ripping me off. Not sure if it’s hotels.com or guy at front desk. I have gotten nowhere with hotels.com trying to figure this out thru multiple e-mails and just got hung up on when I called. I will never use hotels.com again. They are as shady a business as you could have, please people don’t become a victim...
