"There is a reason privacy of resort has that name, it is in a quiet part of the quiet side of Koh Chang. If you want to stay somewhere lively, with nearby bars restaurants and tattoo parlours, stay on the west side. Privacy is family-run, six very pleasant bungalows around a lovely swimming pool, all set in a beautifully garden. You will need some sort of transport to get around, motor bikes are available here at 250baht per day. There is a very lovely place to eat which grows coffee a short distance away, five minutes on the motorbike or 15 minutes walking. There is also another place to eat which claims to be organic, which is busier - for no good reason. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to koh chang."

"Room okay. Nothing available. This hotel is not like description. No bar or food to be seen. It is on side of busy dual carriageway, with no cafes, shops or facilities anywhere near. Just one lady in reception area and a man lying on a sofa. We asked for a taxi into local town to go get food and drink. The lady just said no taxis to get. "

"Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill. Much of the staff didn't speak english, however they're were dedicated to figuring out what the issue was without any frustration. 5min off the highway, local convenience store at the entrance, 20min from the airport(trat), and 35min from koh chang ferry. Will stay again."
