Spotlessly clean hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly...done some laundry, made us breakfast and also gave us a lift to ferry. The location was perfect for market/shops etc. Would recommend.
What a delightful property! Beautiful wood work throughout. Highly polished and clean. A wonderful bonus is the under cover pool! Small but such a luxury.
Great bed too.
Really good location in a quiet street just around the corner from so many eating options. And close to many attractions.

Nive teak furniture and woodworks. Friendly staff, but not recommend for non-Thai speakers.

Good, bad and Ugly
1. Good
Quiet location, new beds, bedding and towels, many outlets, great A/C, free parking, plenty hot water, large room, walking distance to day and night market.
2. Bad
No daily cleaning as stated, no wifi that I was told about, not full size refrigerator, no free toiletries (2 large pump bottles only) slow draining sink, 2 water bottles for 5 day stay, no front desk/reception area. Outdoor covered pool not maintained, not usable.
3. Ugly
No computer on site (not able to verify reservation), staff more like caretaker of hotel (no clue they were to clean rooms daily) difficult to communicate (was asked to pay for room even though i showed them paid reservation) difficult to find hotel (internet maps showed hotel 350 meters north of actual location)
This place is a big converted Thai villa in the centre of town. Has amazing wood work and it was good to see the inside of old style villa. The owner kept the place very clean and it was in the centre of town, so a convenient location.

Condition
Look good but need work on maintenance. Low water pressure and electricity keep going on and off at night. Water leaking in hallway.
Front desk staff need to work on customer service.
Amazing property. We arrived in the evening and the whole front elevation was illuminated and looked so very impressive.
The teak floor and walls are so warm and attractive and I must say immaculately clean . The curved teak staircase just blows you away.
The ground floor room we took was very modern and comfortable. I really can’t recommend this Hotel highly enough.
We will definitely be returning!
