"Amazing stay for 2 nights in the Aurora pyramid glass igloo . Dinner was included in a restaurant in Levi and wonderful. Breakfast on site and plentiful with lots of options. We saw the Aurora on the first night which was incredible from the pyramid . Definitely a once in lifetime experience for us . "

"Didn’t realize the hotel was halfway up the mountain when I booked but it was a pleasant surprise. Was kinda lost a first trying to find it but once you figure it out and get up to it the view is great and the hotel itself is perfect. "

"Loved this beautiful cabin, one of the nicest places I've stayed. Had all amenities you could ask for and more, plus a sauna. Cosy decor and loved the fireplace and the balcony overlooking the lake. Cabin was very clean and great location close to the centre of Akaslompolo. Hope I can stay here again some time."

"Great apartments just outside Levi centre. Best to have own car transport to stay in these. Lovely location right next to the golf course. Check-in very smooth, they let us have the place early as it was ready. Apartment well equipped and has a lovely sauna "

"Great stay at K5. Lovely quiet location. Breakfast was adequate. Reindeer behind the hotel added bonus for the children and adults alike. Hotel is well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"Great location! Beautifully situated in the woods and near ski slopes. Front desk gal was rude. Check out was at 12pm, she came up to our room at 12.10pm, i opened the door and she rudely made a comment we have to leave now, w/out even greeting us...She treated us like we were late cpl hrs and it was just a matter of 10mins past 12pm ...i looked at the time and said we are packing and leaving. She didn't smile and she wasn't polite. Definitely a lot to ask Customer Service wise."

"The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options! "

"Beautifully decorated warm, spacious, cosy cabin with sauna, 10 mins from Levi. In the grounds of Elves Hideaway. Only downside was checkin. We arrived late and were given the passcode to open the keybox but absolutely no directions to find the cabin which was not at all easy in the dark. Everything else great, saw the northern lights from our front door :) "

"The accommodation whilst a little dated was clean and had everything we needed. Great location and it was great that ski passes were included. We would definitely return. "

"Very comfortable stay with a great room, with a very spacious bathroom. Had all facilities we needed and would like to say how lovely it is to walk into a warm room from the cold outside. Instructions to enter property were clear and everything worked well. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of options, you could choose whatever you wanted. "

"Avoid this hotel. We had terrible experience. The room was totally dirty. Bed sheets were never changed. The service is terrible, and even with the expensive price (in comparison to another hotels at the same area), we needed to pay for the towels. There is no heating inside the room. I had allergies due the bad conditions inside the room. I recommend for travellers to avoid this Hotel. "
