Es ist alles vorhanden: Restaurants, Supermarkt, Shops und man kann sämtliche Aktivitäten vor Ort buchen. Praktisch war auch der Transferbus zum Flughafen und in die Stadt Rovaniemi. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. "

"We requested round-trip airport transfers and had no issues at all. Everything was planned in great detail from check-in to check-out. Meals were served three times a day, and the food was delicious at every meal. There are many activities available at the hotel, all very well organized. We joined the husky tour and the Northern Lights hunt. Our room had a fireplace, and they provided unlimited firewood. The rooms were clean. Our only bad luck was not being able to see the Northern Lights...

Restaurant was great with a good variety of options, including at the buffet breakfast. I only wish the location was more central, there is nothing walking distance to it. If staying here I recommend having a car, or know you'll need to uber/taxi into town and back. Public transportation is very limited even during high...
