"1. [Unprofessional Reception Staff] Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told by reception that they could only find 1 of 2 bookings we made when we clearly showed proof of booking for 2 rooms at 2 nights each. After a prolonged period of time, arguments and rude attitude from reception, they confirmed it was their error and they had the available rooms for us. It’s very unfortunate such a nice hotel had such a rude reception as the front face of customer service. It was not pleasant to have them...

"The hotel is very new with great gym and swimming pool. The room and bathroom are excellent in size, bed, WiFi, etc. The checkin staff is very good. For the restaurant they are friendly but need training in details and have a poor English. The relationship quality/price is very positive. The only big weakness is the breakfast for this 4 stars hotel. In any case we would come back."

"Clean, comfortable, and friendly facility. At fitst, it seemed that a clean restautant was not found nearby was a weak point. However, this hotel sells room service food at a reasonable price until 21:00 and also the food can be also served in the BF cafeteria area. It means no prblem with food. Good WiFi connection. Very nice facility"
