"I suppose you pay for what you get. The location was amazing, in the middle of Melbourne and convenient to everything. The staff were very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. The building, reception, entrance and room very old and tired. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. But. Windows broken, picture glass broken, so much dust on EVERYTHING, you could stuff 100s of soft toys. If you are looking for a great location this is it. But it is cheap and nasty"

"I was in room 319, room was pretty small but it had everything I needed. A few problems though, one was the air conditioning. "There was too lound noise from the drill early in the morning around 7.30am. It's unacceptable to have that noise in morning. The staff didnt help to bring the bags to storage room and storage room was unlock. "

"Perfect if you want to stay a while and cook instead of eating out. If not it's surrounded by plenty of delicious cafes and restaurants. Live music venue in the basement. Perfect centralized location and room to store things securely."

"It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street."

"Very spacious apartment with large bathroom and living room and nice view. Good location, walkable to evewhere in the CBD. Check-in was challenging if you come after 6pm and reception has closed for the day. Make sure ti do the on line Check-in to receive your room number and key code. We didn't know this. Our flight arrived in the evening and we arrived at the location at 8pm when no one was there to help us. We were panicking. We had to call for help. Customer service on the phone was very...
