"We stayed in 2 pool view rooms side by side and it was a really unique experience to have the rooms opening into the pool. Our teenagers loved it. We were even served a floating afternoon tea. The downside of these rooms is less privacy as others are swimming right past your room! It wasn't an issue during our stay though. Kitchen facilities were useful. Room was modern and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options for Western guests were quite limited if you don't/...

"We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful and nice. It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the roof deck was under repair but otherwise didn’t affect the rest of the hotel. I would recommend them to be more obvious on Google map because they have a very good restaurant and it’s not advertised. "

"My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Hoi An Central Hotel. Our experience was fantastic! The hotel is a short walk from the ancient city, so very convenient to everything you want to visit. The hotel was super clean and the rooms all looked recently updated. I cannot say enough about the staff though. They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were having a great time. When a tour cancelled without notice, they immediately came to the rescue and set us up with a new tour...

"The property is in a fantastic location. We walked to An Bang Beach each day and loved all the restaurants nearby. Our room was a great size, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the loaner beach baskets. Onsite buffet is delicious. We didn't love the pools and pool surroundings. The main pool with swim up bar was fine, but definitely not something to write home about. The secondary pool area felt rundown and needed a fresh coat of paint and some clean up. The hotel is split into two...

"Nice and welcoming staff. Very convenient location. It's just very old. The conditions of their towels were very bad. I would use them for cleaning if they were in my house. I used this hotel for just taking a shower before my flight. I was staying at a 5 star hotel so I felt miserable a bit but they are very cheap and clean so if someone wants cheap accommodation in a conviennent location, this is the one."
