"The Hotel manager was excellent she helped resolving some check in issues, however a couple of older male reception staff were very inpatient and slightly rude/short tempered. One staff made our check in very difficult and on the next day, my 11 year old daughter was told off by another male reception staff for filling up her water bottle at reception. She was told she can only drink using the glasses there and should not refill her water bottle. Also from that night they removed water tank from...

"Nice hotel, clean and well organised. Staff are excellent. Lovely room, upgraded to one overlooking La Rambla but at times it was quite noisy with people coming and going all night and the road works out front. Spent most of our time in the gothic quarter, the harbour area and beach which are walking distance from the hotel."
