The woman that greeted us upon arrival “The Lady”, I believe she’s referred to as that, was one of the sweetest most welcoming and helpful people I’ve met. We instantly felt comfortable. "I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was easy to locate and the location was perfect as everything was within a stone's throw, such as the metro, bus, and Tapas joints. It was quite convenient. The only drawback I experienced was the absence of a microwave in the room, which made it impossible to reheat the leftover food I had. Other than that, I have no complaints. It was a perfect 10/10 experience."

"The hotel has large collections of paintings and framed posters including cartoons, etc which is a bonus. The staff are polite and accommodating. Walkable to some must-see buildings including Sagrada Familia. Lots of restaurants and tapas bars nearby. We enjoyed dinner at Secret Tapas just round the corner. We have enjoyed our stay in Barcelona."

"Perfect hotel right by the convention center, the rooms are new, clean and spacious. I was on the 11th and got a beautiful view of the city and could see the ocean at a distance. Really nice and would definitively recommend. From the airport super easy, just take the metro to stop Europa Fira, and it’s a 3m walk to the hotel. Also mall and restaurants next door. Free breakfast included as well. "

"I liked this hotel. I give it 8 out of 10, which is good. It had every thing you need and comfortable room/ environment. The food was okay but the coffee was amazing!! I wish it had a microwave, but also no big deal. I thought the location was great. Some people say the location was sketchy but I don’t really think so. It’s literally one walkway over from La Rambla so it’s usually pretty busy around there. I don’t think the air conditioning worked but it was chilly outside so I just opened the...

"Nice hotel in a great location. La Rambla can be a bit lively in the evenings but you can't beat the restaurant options and it is very close to public transportation. Very walkable area."

"The hotel staff was helpful, but we had issues with transportation. Uber not showing up, and Taxis, called by the hotel staff, not showing up. Solution ... just use the Metro. It's right in front of the hotel, it's clean, fast, and inexpensive. May have a few blocks to walk to your destination, but it works. Allow for walking time if you are trying to get to a tour on time. Hotel was clean, great bathroom and shower. Would stay here again!"
