"This was my first time in New Hampshire. I was very impressed with this Best Western! I get an accessible room because I have neurological mobility issues. They mean accessible! I wish I had taken photos. A lot of thought went into creating this accessible room. The room was near the lobby. While I don't use a wheelchair, this room had it in mind. The beds were lower than in regular rooms. The desk was appropriate height. Even the bathroom had every support bar I could imagine; shower even had...

"The hotel lobby, our room, the pool, game room, breakfast area, fitness room, …all were exceptionally clean. The reception attendants, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting local restaurants and shopping with directions. The breakfast area was well stocked and the attendant was exceptional in performing his duties in that area of the hotel. "

"Ithe only issue I had was the remote to the TV did not work. I called he said ten mins,ten mins turned into a hour. They finally called my room to tell me the maintenance was not answering and I had to change the TV by pushing the channel button on the TV. "

"The hotel is about a mile outside of downtown Lancaster with a lovely view of the mountains behind the property. The interior looked a bit shabby and the dark color scheme made it feel old. Most of that is cosmetic though. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grip bar in the bathtub was missing, but everything was in good shape otherwise. The fitness room was surprisingly large and well equipped (although the carpet and floor mats have seen better days). Staff were friendly and professional....

"This accommodation is comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a rustic B&B, this is the place to stay. We needed a place to stay on our way to the solar eclipse. It's not a chain hotel but a family-operated inn. I would rather stay here again. "
