"We have four children(14,8,4,2) ... We have waited until NOW to attempt a hotel stay with our two youngest. This weekend went very smoothly thanks to the awesome and accommodating staff ! The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . Very thankful and we will be returning again soon"

"Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for " we accept tips"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said " room cleaning and amenities are at your request only". They still have carpeted floors in the room. There were no dressers or any drawers to put your belongings. The bolt lock on the...

"The Breakfast was great. I had a fresh made waffle, hot coffee, and oj. There were also breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and muffins. we did not use the pool or hot tub, but we did go see it and it looked very inviting!"

"The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. "Room was nice. Had random orange Beatles in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was nice enough, but complained about everything the entire time. The computers, the system, Expedia…just negative. Burnt cookies."

"Very friendly staff. Thankful for the pool and hot tub on a snowy day that kept us off trails. Wish we’d known the restaurant on site was not available."

"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"Hotel is beautiful and clean;However, a bat time of the year to go. Nothing is open. The only complaint about the hotel is the finishing of the pool. it's horrible, the way it was built is unsafe, the bottom and the walls of it are terrible the finishing of them are so rough as a sand paper. I scratch myself with it and my son too. The hotel is pretty new. "
