"Economy hotel was great and very close to main attractions around the city! The front desk staff was absolutely AMAZING and VERY helpful! They are always smiling and active for all their guests! It is a bonus that they include a free breakfast buffet that has a lot of variety of basic items which are good! You can’t ask for more with a price like this! "

"No frills accommodation but clean and central to all the sites. I loved the charm of the building and the central lift. View from the roof area is wonderful. As a single traveller the room suited, small shower results in water going over the floor but honestly who cares about that. Would definitely stay again "

"Half price than other hotel that are like 500 meter away... Area have lot of homeless person hanging around but they do never bother you. The half price mean you have to walk in a Shaddy area, at night, I wasn't even bothering to be on sidewalk, I was walking straight in the street and felt somewhat ok. For half price of competition , it was worth the saving. Hotel was clean and service was good. Nothing to complain given the excellent price "

"I paid through hotel.com and get a receipt and supposed to pay 0.50 cent at the priority I arrived from the airport at 11:50 PM and the hotel said that they cant get my payment so i have to pay again the whole amount or i have to leave I alao paid extar for the breakfast and i get cold coffee that is not drinkable and old food that is not eatable I have stayed in about 100 different hotels the last few years and this was the worst of all time "

"Acropolis Stay is a true gem! The staff send timely reminders of check-in requirements, offer a airport pickup service, remind you to fill in breakkfaat options if you're on the reakfast included option (which i recommend you opt for). The staff at reception are great especially Charra! The rooms are modern and great value, and the best part......you're walking distance to the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and the nightlife! Truly a place where the modern melds...

"Perfectly ok hotel, a bit dated but had everything I needed. The room was cleaned daily. It was quite a lot of noise from the bars and food places outside in the evenings. Definitely not in a tourist area which I liked but felt safe walking around in the evening. "

"I booked 2 nights. Nice part of city, walkable to everything. Some sexist situation or condition. I came early before check in, girl at the front looked annoyed, and told me to wait until check in time. Then 2 men walked in a few mins later and she immediately checked them in. After witnessing that, I went to her and checked in. I won’t speculate why she gave the men immediate attention. But as a female, I’m aware of authority gap between men and women. "If you like “quirky”, then this place is for you. Well kept old house where many rooms still use skeleton keys and you can eat your provided breakfast in the Hortus conclusus (outside garden). Affordable, clean, comfortable with a very helpful staff. (Always willing to answer my questions) Close to the metro and just about everything one would want to see in Athens!"

"Management was super nice and the location is great, about a 10min walk from Larissis station, plus it's incredibly close to both a laundromat and there are cheap restaurants everywhere. The rooms were pretty solid, shower was hot, ac was quiet and worked very well, we even had a balcony with a table and chairs. Only issue was even though it was a non-smoking room it still smelled slightly like tobacco smoke but it wasn't overwhelming, and you could here traffic just a little bit. All in all...
