"Amazing staff!! Got a parking ticket on Naxos, could figure out how to pay, front desk took my ticket and money and went and paid it for me and brought back the receipt. Would stay here again just due to the hospitality and helpfulness"

"Bed bugs. Hotel and staff were lovely but after getting badly bitten and realizing what it was (bites in rows or clusters; brownish red marks on bedding) we looked up hotel reviews and saw that other guests had complained in late September. As soon as we complained we got a new room. Wine. Still, better cleaning/control should have been done by the property in September."

"We loved our stay at Philia Hotel! The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We ate at Ta Karamanlidika tou Fani, which was just a short walk from the hotel and definitely a plus! The complimentary breakfast was another great bonus. They also have a small luggage elevator, which is super helpful if you’re staying on one of the upper floors. "Pros:
- Location is somewhat central.
- the unit is very spacious
- friendly staff
- room is clean & love that there are no carpets aside from area rug. I think all hotels should get away from carpets
Cons:
- if i have to stay longer than i would want better place to hang clothes.
- each floor only have 4 units i believe & 2 of them faces the street. Unfortunately, there is a cafe & market that opens 24/7 and people are chatting away at 2am in the morning which makes sleeping difficult.

"Mona Athens is probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The design & aesthetic are incredible. It’s moody, cinematic, old world, & modern all at the same time. It honestly might be the best designed hotel I’ve ever seen.
The staff was amazing, breakfast was incredible, & the location was perfect. Everything about the hotel added to the experience of being in Athens.
Excited to book again in the future."

"MiraMe was a pleasant surprise. The staff were wonderful, friendly and ever so helpful. When we arrived we were concerned to see the building next door under construction/renovation but turned out not to be a problem at all. We found our room to be very quiet, peaceful and had all we needed.
Due to our plans changing we were not able to take advantage of the rooftop bar or restaurant but we did go up there to sample the anazing view of the Acropolis.

"The room was very clean but was very small, had no closet or chair and the coffee was terrible in the room. No cream to go with it. Thebed was rock hard as we're the pillows. The worst was the noise till around 2a.m. I would not recommend this place. The staff were helpful. The elevator very small."

"Ergon House Ermou was the perfect home base for our stay in Athens. We were in one of their larger rooms, and the whole hotel felt charming and calm while still being spotlessly clean. The design and branding are so thoughtfully curated, from the gorgeous paint colors and doors to the dishes, linens, and monogrammed napkins. We commented several times on how tranquil and elevated everything felt.

"Excellent location! Staff was very helpful.
Our room was quite small, and facing a very busy street. We couldn't figure out how to use the A/C, so opened our windows the 1st night (Saturday), so it was very noisy and busy until early morning.
Next day we got the staff to figure out the A/C, so we were able to close the windows, and get a good nights sleep."

"We had a nice big room with a balcony and a view of the Acropolis. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and robes and slippers were appreciated. The staff at this hotel are so helpful. Special shout out to Dion for being patient on my boarding pass issue and to Pantilus for helping with tour bookings. The morning breakfast had lots of selection and the staff were also so kind and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking and exploring. Would highly recommend."
