"Nos quedamos varias noches en nuestra visita a Cusco. Propiedad en excelente estado, limpia y buena localización a minutos de la Plaza de Armas. Habitacion moderna, muy limpia y cómoda aunque la cama un poco firme para nuestro gusto. El personal muy amable y atento incluyendo el de seguridad. Atención 10/10. Buena variedad de desayuno buffet, muy conveniente para antes de salir de excursión."

"This property is without question beautiful! Its central location makes it easy to walk to wonderful restaurants, including KION and KUSKAY. I absolutely loved the palace-like feel, and the fresh flowers throughout the property added an extra touch of luxury. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation for our trip to Machu Picchu. They also went above and beyond by celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary with champagne and dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only gripe was that the shower water had an unusual odor that I couldn’t quite understand. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the property and hospitality."

"The hotel is centrally located within Cusco City, making it easy to access from the airport. It has elevators, which make it convenient to transport luggage to your room. Hot water is available, and a heater is provided for cooler nights. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying. Overall, I had a great three-night stay."

"It’s a beautiful hotel inside a sketchy entrance but the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is new and completely clean . The people are very friendly and welcoming. The location is practical close to San Pedro market and close to the Plaza de Armas . I am very happy with my experience here. Recommend 100%."
