"Room was clean and they provided each person with loungewear and slippers. Comfy beds and nice selection of complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are helpful and kind. We needed to get 4 suitcases into the taxi and it was pouring rain. One of the staff members held an umbrella over our heads as she helped load our luggage. Onsen on the 17th floor is relaxing!"

"I like the fact that our floors cleaning crew were very nice and had smiles on every time they see us. I also like the fact that they provided us for a new towels everyday. The walls and windows could use more detailed cleaning the breakfast which they provide for their guest was the star of the show and helped us a lot, especially on very tiresome mornings. However, with all those a noted, the fact that getting to and from Taipei Main station is the key to this hotel."

"I recently stayed at Regent Taipei during a business trip and had a wonderful experience despite an unexpected ligament injury that limited my mobility. Before arrival, I was concerned about moving between two consecutive reservations and managing a late-night flight home. The hotel team was incredibly thoughtful and arranged a room close to the elevator, allowed me to stay in the same room throughout my stay, and helped make my visit much more comfortable. A special highlight was the Tai Pan Lounge. Having both my room and the lounge on the same floor made a huge difference while recovering from my injury. The lounge was quiet, relaxing, and provided a great place to rest and work throughout the day. I would especially like to thank the front desk and guest service teams for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Their practical solutions and genuine care turned what could have been a very difficult trip into a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you, Regent Taipei. I look forward to returning in the future."
