"Our room was unusable due to plumbing issues, so they had to move us. Buty biggest issues with the hotel is that they are under construction and never notified us of that. They didn't have a kitchen, so no breakfast was available. No air conditioning was available the whole weekend we stayed. They offered box fans, but the hotel was hot, and very stuffy. And they have no pool as advertised. We were offered to leave and get refunded, but where would we find another place to stay late Friday night when 3 big sporting events were going on at the same time. Very disappointed in Double Tree. Normally they are a good hotel to stay in. This was the worst one we ever been to."
