Random things would constantly be found in the elevators, including: loose blueberries strewn about, someone’s groceries, and an empty box of magnum condoms. 2. “Grab and go” breakfast is a tray of muffins by the front desk and coffee that is only set out during breakfast hours. If your deciding factor between this hotel and another is the breakfast aspect (even a grab and go), don’t choose this one as it’s cheaper to buy muffins and coffee for yourself. 3. I don’t know about the kitchenettes in the other rooms, but room 313 was not equipped with any cooking utensils. All of the cabinets were bare. There was also no coffee pot, which is standard for hotel rooms. 4. Only one trash can, and it was the one in the restroom. 5. Staff was either polite or friendly, never rude. But they also were not at the front desk except for in the mornings. You only have to wait like 2 minutes max for someone to come to the front though. 6. Our room was IMMACULATELY CLEAN. If all you are looking for is a clean room, this is the place for you!"

"Hello, I was unable to stay for my reservation due to a death in my family. I did try calling the hotel, and they advised me to contact you directly. I also attempted to resolve this through the chat, but unfortunately I was not able to get any results. I would like to know if it is possible to change the reservation date instead. I am more than willing to pay any additional fees that may apply for the new date. "
