"We arrived at 0400 and check in was no problem. The suite was large with a separate private patio, seating area and bathroom. We had buffet breakfast each morning which had a wide and varied choice. We sat outside on the balcony and were fortunate that an inconsiderate smoker only sat down once. "Very conveniently located across from the entrance to Petra. The staff are very friendly, and even gave us complimentary late checkout when we requested it. They will also fill your water bottles with cold water and ice - much needed for a hot day out in Petra! My only criticism is that I would not recommend eating dinner here. The food was very average, and much more expensive compared to the restaurants nearby."

"For the most part, we enjoyed our stay in Tetra Tree Hotel. We were a bit frustrated that we had booked connecting rooms, and were given rooms across the hall, but appreciated the hotel's efforts to apologize with a free breakfast as well as fruit baskets.
