"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"Très bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Le bar en roof top est très agréable et le petit déjeuner parfait. Dommage que l'hôtel soit situé loin du centre ville et des stations de tramway (le week-end), un véhicule est donc indispensable. Par contre, nous avions réservé 3 chambres, nous sommes arrivés à 14 heures. Au départ, alors que les chambres étaient prêtes, la réceptionniste n'a pas voulu nous attribuer de chambre avant 15 heures. Je me suis demandé si cela était du au fait...
