"My fiancé and I booked this hotel, last minute after leaving the outlets. What a wonderful surprise. Staff was was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was just ok, if I were to ever stay here again, I would skip it. Highly recommend."

"Quite disappointing for a Mercure - more like an Ibis-standard hotel.
Room was very basic - vinyl flooring, average bed and there was no fridge or air-conditioning, even though this had been advertised.
The restaurant was not available in the evening (they seemed to have a small function on) but we were teased by the fact that delegates seemed to be enjoying a delicious meal whilst we had to visit a local supermarket to get some bread and cheese to eat by the pool.

"The staff were extremely nice and wonderful, the room was nothing like the picture, the bathroom had mold not the greatest. Breakfast I paid when I got there and it was very limited also paid for dinner and all they had were hamburgers fries and other little things. Definitely eat out if you stay there. If it were not for the staff being so nice I would have probably given them a one star. Way over priced so sorry I used my points on this. "
