"The location is excellent, and the staff are commendable. However, the primary concern was the absence of hot water pressure in the shower. Despite multiple requests, the staff appeared unable to resolve the issue. If a hot shower is a priority for your vacation, this is a factor to consider."

"From check in to check out this hotel is amazing. If your going to an event at Stadion Letzigrund it’s a 5 minute walk which is nice after event not to have wait for public transportation or fight traffic in your car. The breakfast was outstanding. They will make you any kind of omelettes or eggs ..."
