Everyone is always happy to provide support, and although very few staff speak English, others will still assist you with translation apps. The only issue I saw was the noise level. You can hear water running in other rooms and people yelling loudly in the hallway at night and early mornings. All in all I really liked the place and will stay again if I visit...

"Beautiful little hotel with a friendly, helpful staff in a bustling neighborhood close to the main train station. I don't think it has a restaurant, but that isn't a problem; there are plenty of dining options in the immediate area. They do have a relaxing lounge (with a view!) adjacent to the front desk, and they keep hot pots of fresh tea brewing at no charge."
