"Mostly excellent; however, I paid the night before for a morning shuttle, but in the morning the receptionist could not find a record of the payment. So I paid again for the shuttle. (In fairness, the receptionist offered to let me take the shuttle without repaying, but I felt awkward about that.)"
"Wonderful! Executive King room really nice and spacious. Breakfast was deluxe and the Executive Lounge a really nice place to relax in the evening. Hotel staff was terrific! Ivan at the desk was top notch for customer service. Super easy to access the "A" line for the Metro which had us downtown to all of the major attractions in 10 minutes. Also, trams and buses were easy to access."
"This is a gem of a hotel. Excellent breakfast options, lots of variety at no charge. Very comfortable bed.
Coffee machine and free wine in the lobby.
Nice patio at the top of the stairs.
Close to restaurants and about a15 minute walk to the Charles bridge, the old town and train station.
I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
