The staff was so nice all the time and were always available to answer any questions we had about the area. Our hot water went out on day 2 but the host graciously moved us to a cabana with instant hot water. If you get the chance, upgrade to a cabana…100% worth it"

"Wow. This property can host any group. They have a little of everything and still very peaceful in the city. Whether it’s a family, friend group or solo traveler, they’re got it. Great parking, a lot of entertainment like pool, tennis, fine restaurants or bar. Very visually pleasing and easy check in. Staff is professional and the food is very good."

"AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. "The location is beautiful, safe, and picturesque. Breakfast was delicious, with something slightly different each day, and it was delivered right to our chalet. I stayed for 4 nights with my two teenage kids, and they absolutely loved the cosy look and feel of the chalet. Since it’s a mountain area, the mornings and evenings can get quite chilly, and rain can come at any time. Thankfully, the electric heated mattresses kept us warm and comfortable. "I only stayed here one night but it was a great experience. I had to check in very late due to my flight. The staff was very attentive to me and always kept in touch with me while I was in my way for my check in. It seems like a wonderful family business and I can tell they truly care about their hotel. I was so grateful for the beautiful view when I had breakfast. The breakfast was there waiting for me at the time I requested! They even reminded me. I could tell it was homemade authentic food....
