"Fantastisk hotel. Nyrenoveret og utrolig flot hotel direkte til stranden med den smukkest beliggenhed. Alle på hotellet var super søde og hjælpsomme. Dejlig mad i restauranten og rigtig lækker morgenmad. Parkering lige ved hotellet og det var en dejlig lille og rolig by. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!"

"The property and staff were magnificent. The location is also excellent. The only negative is getting to the hotel in car. It’s very difficult. A video is provided but hard to follow. A map would be easier to navigate. But besides that it’s a great property."

Clean and comfortable hotel and fairly quiet at night even though it’s in the heart of the action. The breakfast is amazing: great food and so much of it. "From check in to check out, this stay was perfect. The staff, Aitor and Elizabeth in particular, were so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated all the recommendations and help. The property is clean and well maintained. I had the attic room and it was spacious with a skylight that can be covered with a switch. Bathroom was well lit and spacious and water pressure was good. I do wish it had an electric pot in the room. The surrounding area was accessible to all the pintxos your heart desires. "

"大変お世話になりました！ フロントのスタッフの方にもいつもお声がけいただき嬉しかったです。 ありがとうございました。 お部屋も素敵でしたし、備品類も満足でしたし 全てが清潔で、ベッドも大きくフカフカで最高でした！大きなお水も付いていて助かりました。 コーヒーや紅茶、ココアなども飲み放題でした。シャワーの出もとても良かったです。 ただ一つ、あえて言うなら窓からの景色が見えるものと思っていたのですが外の様子が何も見えないことがとても不便でした。 暗いのか？雨が降っているのか？ よくわからず出かけるまでに時間がかかってしまいました。中窓みたいなものはありましたが、なんとなく臭いがしましたしどなたかの洗濯物が見えてあまり気持ちの良い窓辺ではありませんでした。 予約のときのページには窓からの眺めが掲載されていたと思うのですが、、勘違いだったのでしょうか。 それ以外は全て満足でした！ 帰りは早朝だったのでフロントの方に挨拶できず残念でした。 もし窓から景色が見えるお部屋があるなら またぜひ滞在したいです。 ありがとうございました！ "

"We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to all of the neighborhoods and sights of San Sebastián. It’s a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The staff were really nice and helpful. It’s a newly built hotel and the rooms are state of the art. The toilet includes a remote controlled bidet which I’ve never seen before. It also has a light that illuminates in the dark that allows you to find the toilet in the middle of the night - the first time I’ve ever seen...
