"You have to contact the hotel to puck up coz its up the hill! But it’s very convenient for skiing as you can just ski down to the lift. Hotel staffs are helpful especially for the pickup-dropoff services! Very convenient!!!!!"

"The staff must be very welcoming, helpful and provide good service. The room is clean and convenient."
