"Room was okay. The air didn’t work so it was very hot in the room. We opened a window and it cooled down a bit."

"The bell hops were helpful when we arrived via taxi and when we needed a taxi as well, translating our destination from English to Japanese. The front desk was quick for check in. The room was spotless and cozy. The city view was spectacular with a balcony. Especially like that they are eco friendly, providing a water craft to refill. The fridge was exceptionally cold. Walkable to waterfront activities and train station."
