"Overall, this was one of, if not the worst experiences I have had with a hotel/resort.
I do not recommend at all.
Most of the property and the amenities are not well maintained.
For the most part, the staff were helpful and reaponsive. They were doing their best to keep things running, but the resort is way overdue for an upgrade.
The AC of the kitchenette area and the downstairs bwdroom was not working.
The toilets smell like swege.
The furniture and beds have clear signs of wear and...

The only thing I didn’t like: animals in cages.. I think it’s absolutely unnecessary and inhumane."

"I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down. It was offered at a cheaper price because of this (1.5BD) but maybe taking...
