"Nice modern hotel, good location and nice bar/restaurant. Only detractors were check in was clunky and slow, not the fault of staff but the self check in system they use and I requested two single beds but instead got two single beds with just one fitted sheet covering both, fortunately house keeping solved this on my second night, providing separate sheets for each bed"

"Thank you for a great stay, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pillow menu and worth the paying the extra for a larger room. Service was good, staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for ourselves, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants/bars were located. "

"Great stay, as usual. This is my third stay over the years and this hotel still keeps high standard. If us very clean and quiet. Rather minimalistic but you have everything what you need for a few days in Krakow. Location is very good if you want to visit old town and the Jewish district of Kazimierz. There are bikes to borrow, small gym. Super clean sauna, steam room and the testing area. Excellent although rather pricey breakfast. I will definitely stay there again next year. "

Location of Hotel is fantastic for making it your base in Krakow, The Castle is literally next door and the main square a 10 minute stroll away. We arrived later than planned due to delay with travel arrangements and arranged breakfast for the next morning to be available on a take away basis as we had a 6am pick up for a tour booked the next morning, it was no issue and was ready and waiting...
