"Excellent, clean, good food, neat turistic places"

"Although the hotel is a little dated, we really enjoyed our stay! We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which was incredibly spacious and offered stunning panoramic views. The layout was perfect for our family, as the kids had their own sleeping area in the living room while we enjoyed a large, comfortable bedroom with an amazing massage mattress. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including a large gym, swimming pool, and sauna. One of the biggest highlights...

"รร เริ่มเก่า check in check out ไม่โปรช้ามาก พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ดีแม้กระทั้ง check in counter WiFi ช้ามาก แต่manager น่ารัก upgrade ห้องให้เพราะเราจองเตียงคู่ไว้แต่ รร ห้องหมด "

"Hotel is overpriced, a bit dated, old carpet with stains…. Rooms are very small due to the nature of the building. Worst of all was the michelin star restaurant that served a 1000$ meal with undercooked fish and only thing was an apology and free desert to compensate for 3 fishes completely undercooked. Rest of our stay we dined outside and is not worth any michelin star. Breakfast is very nice however."

"Very convenient location and excellent breakfast. The room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we go to Shanghai. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location, nice environment. We didn’t try breakfast at the hotel. Room is old but clean to stay. Great shower with high water pressure. "

"They promised prior to my stay that they would accommodate a halal friendly menu. As well as make sure that there was no contamination with utensils used to cook pork. They completely disregarded this and then said it was due to a communication error even after I had mentioned this to them on two occasions and they also confirmed via email."

"Looks like a Ritz, smells like a Ritz but it doesn't feel like a Ritz Carlton. Rooms are small and fates, bathroom are small and dated, the property is small and cramped"

"Exceptional hotel. Located in the core area, easy access to lots of popular restaurants. Inside the hotel it’s so quiet and peaceful. Also the room is beautiful and spacious."
