The room is clean and I love head to toe shampoo as well. Welcome drinks are great. Not too close to the MTR station but walkable. Have water dispensers at the check in level. Starbucks is at G floor of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong ✨ The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. Everything felt luxurious and very well maintained. What impressed me the most was the staff. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and attentive. The service was truly outstanding and made my stay even more special. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire trip 💖 The location and facilities were also excellent. I would definitely love to stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong. Highly recommended! 🏨✨
