"It was a magical experience for our family, I wish we had spent more time appreciating the all of the beauty and amenities the hotel had to offer. We had the room with the castle bunk bed and it was perfect for our young child. "

"Victoria at the front desk was super kind. The hotel needs a remodel though. The rooms and especially bathrooms are old, cracked ceilings and rust in the sprinkler system. The bathroom in our room was dirty and had hair still in the tub. The front desk too care of it but it took them a while to send someone to resolve the issue. "

"Everything was great except that the first night I checked in my room had an overwhelming smell of deodorizer (assuming someone had smoked in the room). But it was 2:45 AM when I checked in and I was too exhausted to request a change. I hoped it would dissipate by morning but it did not, and it gave me a terrible headache. I requested a new room and staff immediately accommodated me and the new room was perfect. I interacted with 4 different staff members over my 3 day stay and each person was so friendly and nice. I would definitely return. It was just unfortunate about the room on my first night. "

"This is more of a motel than a hotel. Everything is rundown. The staff is mediocre when you can even find them. The pictures are very deceiving. I thought I was staying in a nice Marriott, but this was more like a Motel 6 at best."
