"Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. We wore shoes in the shower. Would never stay here again. Bus service was okay but often leaves early so just be aware and always be at stop at least 5 minutes early. "

"We were not informed that the breakfast is closed at 9am when we checked in. We got the breakfast room a little before 9am and it was closed. We are sorry that we didn't know the time frame and missed the breakfast."

"Love close to shops and coffee! Very helpful! Clean! Staff friendly! Ac a bit noisy from the top room but nothing that took my sleep away. Clean property. If need in the future will return to this location. "

"We stayed here for a quick disneyland trip. Nice quick breakfast with a pancake making machine! The shower/tub was roomy which was soooo nice. There is an elevator, vending, and a patio to sit at for breakfast"

"Horrific place. Not clean, gaping holes in the walls, front door did not fit allowing wind and the possibility of small rodents to enter, worn furniture, baseboards dirty. I want my money back!"

"Elevator was broken, had to walk around to the stairs, not fun when you come in from all day at Disney tired. They have breakfast but it over at 9 AM they didnt tell us check in the times, so we missed it. Room is nice, TV could be bigger in my opinion. Nice area, very quiet, sort of warehouses around you, so no homeless or sirens. As always, the AC a little loud but that is at every hotel. Not bad place to spend the night. "

"We stayed for a hockey game. The property was walking distance from the Honda center which was a huge plus, however the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. There was spider webs all over the room and bathroom. Stains a burns marring the carpet as well as rust in and around the tub drain and faucet. The amount of dust the has compiled on the door jams and windowsills was immense. The room was lacking bath towels and the hot water did not work in the shower. It was quite hard to feel comfortable in this space. The employees were super nice and very helpful. That being said we will be looking for other accommodations the next time we come for a game. "
