I took the taxi so I couldn’t say about the free shuttle, but the onsen was perfect that I would return again. The sushi in the Hakone dining buffet was fresh. This is a luxurious and comfortable hotel located centrally in Yokohama with excellent access to main shopping centers and attractions. The only thing is that it is relatively away from main stations. You'd need to take taxi when carrying luggage.
