アパホテルと思って予約しましたが、違うホテルでびっくりしました。しかし、すごく素敵なホテルでした。子供も一緒だったからなのか、小さいベッドがもう1つある部屋にしたいただけて、快適に過ごす事ができました。また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きたいです。ありがとうございました。

よかったです

チェックインの時、子供用の歯ブラシとスリッパが頂けたのでとても助かりました。 駅が近く、飲食店も沢山あり夕食に困ることはありませんでした。

空調が効きすぎていて少し寒かったです。暑いよりはよかったかとは思いますが。 シングルの部屋に無理やりベッドが２つ詰め込んであった感じだったので、ベッドは１つでよかったかなと思いました。

可もなく不可もなくといった感じです。せっかくコーヒーサーバーがあるのにウエルカムドリンク用で朝の提供が無いのが残念でした。従業員の対応は丁寧にで良かったです。

アポアホテルになってから、サービスが、低下しているように思う。 湯沸しポットは、フロントに申し込まないと使えない事。 室内に常備すべきでは？ 浴槽も湯を張ると、黒いゴミが数多く浮いていた。朝方にも2回目の湯を入れたがが、やはりおなじょうなゴミが浮いていた。 部屋は、喫煙しか空いてなかったが、禁煙室を希望していたら、禁煙の部屋を手配してくださり感謝でした。

飲み会時に利用しました。24時間玄関&フロントが開いている点、とても便利に感じました。駐車料金込み、繁華街も近く便利なのでまた利用したいと思います。

Hotel staff were excellent. Lobby and general presentation was satisfactory. Rooms are extremely dated and in massive need of a renovation. Room rates reflect the current condition of the hotel, however. So, travelers probably know what to expect. Close to the station and appropriate for Japanese business travelers but not foreign tourists, I think.

施設は古いですが、ウエルカムコーヒー、無料貸し出しサービス、無料新聞サービス、フロントの良い対応等、上級ビジネスホテル並のサービスです。朝食で家庭の味が体験出来て、何度も泊まりたくなるホテルです。

アットホームなビジネスホテルです。接客サービスは、申し分ありません。

施設は、古いですが、しっかりメンテナンスされており、無料のレンタルサービスもあります。 また、アットホームな感じで、旅館とホテルの中間の様な感じです。特に朝食は家庭料理の感じがして、サービスも申し分ありません。出張でも、旅行でもお薦めです。
