There are lifts in the building too for you to use if you have heavy luggage. Also felt very safe as there was surveillance cameras inside and outside the building. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst! Front desk staff refuses to explain any of the activities available for guests when asked, shoved the program sheet at me told me to read myself instead. Restaurant staff would not entertain a special request to order fried rice, told me to order a full child's set menu and plain rice...

"Our group of 3 had an amazing stay at Muho - we booked three individual rooms. Each room was extremely clean and spacious, with great windows. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept very well. The showers had plentiful hot water and great water pressure. The bnb staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond in helping us during our time, recommending a driver who took us to Taipingshan, driving us to the bus station, packing us a to-go breakfast when we missed the included one....
