"El personal del hotel se desvive por ayudar, muy servicial y muy buena gente. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron. Llegamos a hacer una tortilla a la española con la encargada de la cocina. "We came in late, the manager was very understanding. The room was actually carved out of bedrock. A little musty but thats because your in a cave. Breakfast was great but nothing compared by the view!. The rock formations surrounding the hotel was awesome. I would stay here again. "

"Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control."
