This is a newly refurbished cave hotel with the most luxurious rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff are helpful and friendly and sort out any issues, like finding a place for a balloon flight, which seem to be like gold dust if you don't have an advance reservation. A beautiful hotel, ideally situated for watching the balloons (just a shame we didn't see them due to the weather when we were there)! The staff are very nice, especially the manager who takes time to come and speak to guests. The breakfasts are lovely, and the hotel is very clean. Fresh towels, toiletries and water were supplied each day. The view from the hotel is amazing. We would happily stay here again!
