"No WiFi! No TV, No Standard Coffee Maker, Very hot room (74 degrees) with no way to cool it down, Bed was very hard, Very slow restaurant and very sad menus not to mention poor food prep and service, No charging ports ….. I guess because there is no internet!! Other than this there were some nice incidentals…. Teddy bear, glasses with sayings…. But they were not free you had to purchase them!"

"The place was beautiful; the buildings were impressive. The room was small, and I was really disappointed that the only coffee in the room was decaf. When I asked the front desk about it I was told they didn’t have anything except decaf for the rooms until “tomorrow” - we could purchase coffee at the cafe. Well, the cafe had a line a mile long and we had an appointment for a tour at 7:00am. I understand that stuff happens, but for the price we paid for the room, I found that unacceptable."

"We had some issues with the heat, Domique was very helpful. She made a bad situation better . She went above & beyond & we will remember it the future. The food at the eatery was cold from 2 meals. we had to heat up in microwave. I told manager & she was going to check temperature. Great rooms & Buildings . Maybe just opening glitzes."

"The room was comfortable, the bedding was wonderful, lots of amenities and a great view. Staff was lovely. Our only complaint was the housekeeping was not up to par and the carpet and bathroom really need a refresh. Having said that it was a very nice place to stay. Definitely choose the river view if you stay there."

"The room was advertised as a clean comfortable room with all the amenities needed for a great stay at yellowstone, once checked it we were told the room was not heated or cooled, but they assured that the room would never get hot, when entering the room there was a very strong smell coming from the entrance to our surprise the faucet leaked and caused water damage to the floor and possible mold, and wouldn't you know, they didnt have any rooms available, and also kids were excited to use the pool and hot tube, yeah shocker it was down with out any notice, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"
