"Solid place if you're looking for a spot to crash for the night and have no need of parking or other amenities. Clean rooms, friendly staff, central downtown location, no frills. Breakfast was available ("boxed continental"), parking is extra, and while I appreciated the in-room coffee option, would recommend taking advantage of getting your own from a local shop instead. I would have appreciated being able to control the thermostat, instead of just having a "fan hi, lo, or off" option."

"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"The kitchen had everything you would need to make any dish, clean, the fridge had no stock and only 1 coffee pouch, the parking was great and easy "

"Good hotel for the price. The included breakfast had a limited selection. The hot tub in the pool area was more like a warm tub, the jets barely worked and the water was dirty, you could see hair of all varieties floating in it. The vending machines were not stocked, and there was only 1 ice machine in the entire hotel. When my room was serviced, the bathtub was not cleaned. The staff was wonderful though, polite, apologetic and attentive."

"Pool is not in order, too cold to use anyways. The room was great, beds and pillows soft and fluffy, floor were clean. Bathroom was good, some rust or something on top of heaters. During booking, it showed hreakfast was included, not this time ! Sad, it was only muffins and various fruits, but it did the trick!!"

"Very clean, beautiful property. Staff were lovely and breakfast buffet was excellent. Free parking - rare in Kingston. Not close to downtown but beautiful area to walk around and close to Pen tour. "
