"침대가 편하고 침구가 깨끗했어요. 어메니티 또한 좋은 제품들로 구성되어 있구 치약,칫솔 구비되어 있어요. 개인적으로 아쉬운건 비누가 없어요. 클린징폼을 챙겨 가야 합니다. 화장실 문이 불편한거 빼곤 다 좋았어요. 조식도 가격대비 훌륭합니다."

"냉장고가 작동하지않아 프런트에 고치던가 바꿔달라 요청했는데 외출후 저녁에 돌아왔는데 전혀 달라진것이 없었음 그래서 너무 불편했음 그리고 룸안에 그흔한 각티슈도 없었고 그리고 9 층에 묶었는데 침대방향하고 티비가 옆으로 되어있어서 티비보기가 넘넘 불편했음 결론적으로 2박하는데 엄청불편했음"

"Just a very average hotel. Good value for the money. I chose this over the Shilla Stay which is right next door thinking that Shilla was carpeted and Lotte was hardwood floors. Lotte was also carpeted and very old carpet if i may add. Anyways, you get what you pay for."

"This pension does not list the accurate address and was impossible to find. The host was unavailable and none of the addresses were correct. We used Naver Map app and others that work excellent in Korea, but I would not recommend this hotel due to the hassle. We ended up needing to book a last minute stay 4:30pm, which was not ideal. I gave this hotel 1 star due to lack of responsiveness by the host and inaccurate website description. "

"The room was clean, the building interiors were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I booked a stay-and-dine package, and both the dinner and breakfast menus were to our liking. The dinner menu, in particular, was enjoyed by the entire family and received high satisfaction. "
