"This was my second time in Kurokawa Onsen. I really enjoyed my stay at Yumerindo. Although there was some communication barrier with the staff about booking a shuttle bus to pick me up from the bus stop, I later found out that the ryokan is very close to the bus stop. (Google map somehow marked the stop incorrectly and said the distance was 600 m. - which was still walking distance, but not in the rain or snow).

"Loved everything about this onsen. Quiet and beauty room, with nice private bath. Very spacious and good food. The only thing is my husband told the staff before the dinner that he had allergy to all nuts, but the chef/staff failed to recognize that chestnut and walnut are also nuts, so my husband had a bad allergy reaction and had to take medicine. Luckily he didn’t need to go to hospital, but hotel staff should be more educated with what are nuts."

"Quiet and roomy. The bathroom is clean. The owners are nice. However, the blankets are a bit old. "

"Great"

"Our stay was an absolute pleasure, a truly authentic Japanese countryside retreat. Nestled on the outskirts of a small village in Kyushu’s breathtaking rural landscape, the property offers a peaceful and experience. Our traditional Japanese-style room overlooked a beautiful garden, with a stream flowing just beyond it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and relaxed. We chose to have both breakfast...
