The double bunk bed room is really small. The onsen water was lukewarm at best, it was definitely not 40 degree celsius as claimed by the front desk staff. Breakfast buffet selection was inadequate.

今回、イベントで利用しましたが駐車場が有料な事と、2泊なので駐車に関してもう少し融通が利くと良かった。 また、お風呂が付いている事で予約しましたが、一番初めお風呂入れる時間だと、チョット温めの暖かさでした。 熱めが苦手な自分でも、温めなのは温いラーメンのようでした。

天然♨️が良いのですが！

天然温泉が良い。風呂のロッカーに鍵のかかるところが1箇所のみ、他は故障で鍵がない。管理者は見ていないのでしょうね。他は良いのにもったいない。

山形に来るたびに宿泊しています。部屋は清潔で、朝食会場や浴場の混雑具合の確認ができる点は便利でありがたいです。１階にコミックのコーナーがいつの間にかできていて、今回は「信長協奏曲」を楽しませてもらいました。リクエストは手荷物の事前預かりです。レセプションに申し出ると預かってもらえて助かったのですが、レセプション前に置く形式なっていました。スペースの確保ができるようでしたら、専用スペースに保管していただけると助かります。

観光で2泊。温泉が一番の条件で宿泊しましたが、洗い場は４名しか利用出来ず、1泊目には裸で洗い場が空くのを待ちました。(部屋のTV画面より浴場の混雑状況が確認出来るのですが予測的なものでした)温泉の湯は、トロンとして夜通し入浴出来るので良いです。 残念ながら、食事会場のリニューアル工事の為、朝食がお弁当。ご飯と芋煮汁は温かい状態でしたが、おかずは冷えた状態。受け取り場所に電子レンジの設置があれば…と思いました。駅から近く、周りの環境も良く食事会場がリニューアルされたら、また利用したいと思います。

・温泉をうたい文句にしているにもかかわらず、故障のため入れず、ごく狭いユニットバスに浸るしかなかった。 ・陰鬱になるほど室内が薄暗く、トイレの方がよほど明るい。ビジネスの空間としては非常に不適・不向き。 ・番号を知っていれば誰でも入れる6桁の暗証番号というのも入室時に不便な上落ち着かない。 ・そのくせ室内にセキュリティBoxはなく、フロントへの連絡手段（館内電話等）がない。 ・スタッフの応対は悪くないが、パジャマを持ち込む必要があることへの案内がなく2度手間となった。
