"I had a wonderful stay at the **Rotana Hotel during my solo trip to Turkey. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The location was about 25-30 mins from all the tourist places. Traveling alone can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team here made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Very ,very small rooms, staff speaks zero english, rooms have no controllable air conditioner/heat you have to ask the main desk to adjust the ac/heat.phones dont work. The radius of the entire neighborhood is covered in heavy dust. The only shops nearby are small convenient stores that sell snacks and drinks..I would definitely not recommend this hotel. "

"We recently stayed in this hotel after moving from another and we would definitely recommend it for anybody although it’s located close to quite a busy main road gives access to quite a few very big shopping malls with a short distance to walk, two lovely restaurants, very reasonably priced and lovely food. The staff cannot do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul."

One of the great emplyee really helped me out by staying in touch, even before I checked in. Name of the employee is INCI. I am a totally vegetarian, so employee offered me complentary Juice, really nice, that touching my heart"
