"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."

"Pousada tem o aspecto de uma casa comum nao tem recepção para vc saber se esta no local certo , segundo não tem nem uma placa na rua que vc entra para avisar se vc esta chegando ou não, ha estrada parece de cativeiro tudo apagado.
