Localização boa ou excelente, pois depende do ponto de vista de cada um. O ponto alto: o atendimento. Todos muitos acolhedores. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, difícil não ganhar alguns quilos a mais. O ambiente é fantástico, acomodação ampla e muito bem cuidada.

Eu e meu esposo ficamos hospedados por 4 noites na pousada, e não tivemos nada, absolutamente nada do que reclamar! A localização é exatamente (bem próximo ao morro do Elefante). O quarto é maravilhoso, com cama bem grande e confortável. A ducha é ótima! O atendimento é inquestionável! As meninas da recepção são bem prestativas e educadas. O café da manhã é bem servido com uma boa variedade. A dona Sandra é um amor, sempre passando nas mesas perguntando se os hóspedes querem algo (omelete, ovos mexidos, tapioca…) ela faz tudo na hora. Uma fofa!

Estacionamento descoberto com escadas e pisos irregulares; Aquecimento do quarto ineficiente, passamos muito frio na primeira noite, mesmo com o aquecedor portatil fornecido pelo hotel; Arrumação do quarto deixa a desejar, só troca toalhas e estende a cama, não limparam o chão e nem o lavatório. Café muito bom e com atendimento nota 1000 para a Sra Sandra.

Café da manhã ótimo. Frutas variadas, suco natural, pães caseiros. Precisam atentar á diversidade de chá ( ruim) - precisei pedir todos os dias. Chá da tarde bom Melhorar limpeza ( encontrei etiquetas e restos de embalagem que não eram nossas) - permitiram check in uma hora antes em um dos quartos ( foram muito gentis) .
