The staff is there for whatever you may need. Pool is cold and refreshing. The rooms are so clean and nice! Great great value for the very reasonable price. Will be recommending to friends!"

"Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! "

"Beautiful property, truly unique. We loved the beach bungalows, hammocks, and yoga, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was perfect. The dinners were uneven mostly due to the preparation of the main course (oversalted and undercooked) and the servers’ limited hospitality. The fresh salad bar and good soup sustained us. The food at the beach bar was good, but the service was hit or miss with high prices. "

"Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...

"found the door locks a challenge. Could have used a dish drying rack. TV channel selection was excellent..! When you first arrive, it is a little hard to find the front desk reception. Staff was excellent in responding to questions, as well as friendly. Great location, sound-proof, but close to 5th Ave. Very clean and well maintained. Good value. "
